Press Release: Attach Photos and Drawings to Quotes and Prices

We're excited to announce that we've upgraded our already successful Quote and Pricing Plan by allowing for attachments when creating quotes and pricing stock. This builds on the existing product that allows creative businesses across a range of arts & craft industries; jewellers, ceramic makers, glass-blowers and cake makers, to respond more quickly to customer queries and price their stock. Wheresmystock is developing services that help designers, shops and galleries with their stock management, who want to spend more time making and selling and not be knee-deep in spreadsheets or paper notes.

The Quote and Pricing Plan is available either as a monthly subscription plan or to get two months free, as an annual subscription plan! Developed in consultation with several creative businesses, it now allows you to:

• Easily create, edit, clone, search and export quotes and price stock items.
• Upload attachments, including photos and drawings in many image formats and PDF.
• Capture materials, along with a web link to the supplier’s site for quick retrieval when the item is commissioned.
• Capture fixed cost items and labour, while also handling VAT (if required) & price rounding.

Wheresmystock is built using a secure platform, with the founder having extensive experience developing secure information systems. We backup our software and database regularly, while monitoring the site for speed and performance. We’ve partnered with Stripe who provide secure payment processing, during checkout as well as when updating payment information and accessing previous invoices.
